This pitcher lasted about a month before leaking. I have a lot of the same type storage containers and none of them leak, just this one. Perhaps the lack of a good closure all the way around. I always hand wash them. I am truly dissapointed in this product!

The pour spout is good for liquids, but doesn't work for cereal, etc. I thought it was more like the rubber-maid containers this size, but it's not. It's really designed for liquids, not cereal.

This is my first purchase of a Lock and Lock product, but overall I am very impressed.
What makes this pitcher special is the lid that seals once clamped down. It does a great job of keeping those pesky refrigerator smells out of your drink which have a tendency to alter the taste.
I bought two of these and am about to purchase a third. I purchased the two a few months ago, and they have been performing great. No leaks at all.
I also enjoy the rectangular shape of the pitcher which is easy to store and make room in your refrigerator.

The lid doesn't seal solidly to the body of the pitcher, thus it leaks all over the counter every time you pour. If the hassle of returning the product weren't so great I'd look into a refund. Certainly not an exchange. Chalk this one up to a lesson in internet shopping. Never again.

When I received my shipment I threw away the packaging and receipt because I was comfortable with my purchase considering I have other Lock & Lock products that I'm happy with but when I used it the very first time about 2 weeks or so later I was Shocked it LEAKS when you Pour!!!!!! How frustrating is that and I purchased 2 and yes they both LEAKS when you pour!!! I don't have any packaging or receipts to return it so I'm stuck!! lessoned learned even when you think you know still hold on to everything until you try it out. So I came back to Amazon to double check the reviews because I do read them to get an idea about a product before I buy and I don't understand the 5 stars ( maybe they're not using the pitchers for liquid?) I'm still a fan of Lock & Lock just not this PITCHER!!
