So far, no complaints. Haven't had any problems using the cork pops and it's easy to use. Be careful though since it does spray a little when the bottle is opened.

This is a fun and interesting toy to use. My friends kept asking what the peculiar device was before I even showed it to them!
The device works well on synthetic and real corks, but just make sure that you don't hold the bottle to the side while opening it. I did this after chilling a wine bottle and it spilled all over my carpet. The only complaint is that this device goes through a CO2 in no time so make sure to order extra CO2 packets when you buy this device.

This bottle opener is great! Once you get it to work properly (read instructions first!) it's a blast to open bottles of wine. The one con about this product is that it's been a little over 4 months (I got one for Christmas) and the C02 cartridge already needed to be replaced. I give it the benefit that with the first cartridge I was playing around a lot (and so were my friends) but it seems that it's only been a few months opening bottles here and there. Good deal I bought a 2-pack C02 cartridge refill otherwise I would've have had to open my last bottle the good ol' fashion way. And the last thing to note is that it won't open (cheap) plastic corks... just like everyone else has mentioned. Don't forget to get a couple (or at least one) extra 2-pack C02 cartridge with your order!

We open a whole lot of wine. Through the years and travels, we've tried almost all of them. This is my favorite. Has a built-in foil cutter, requires no force (my wife doesn't hesitate to use this opener) and it removes the cork with a simple twist after the cork is out of the bottle. It doesn't work for some fake corks and we have ro revert to screw type devices. Inexpensive and makes a great gift. We give one to all our wine enthusiast friends. The gas charge lasts a good long time.

GOT THE OPENER FOR CHRISTMAS. I OPENED TWO BOTTLES AND THE GAS RAN OUT. CAN'T RETURN IT BECAUSE OF THE HAZORDOUS GAS? HAD TO ORDER MORE CARTRIDGES. I'LL KEEP MY FINGERS CROSSED.IS IT ME OR IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT AMAZON WITH A QUESTION?
