Product Description This griddle rests across two burners to give you maximum cooking surface. Brunch this weekend? Consider fried eggs, pancakes, Canadian bacon, and more. Non-stick means no fuss clean up.
Amazon.com Review Distinguished among All-Clad's renowned cookware collections by its stylish charcoal black hard anodized-aluminum exterior, the LTD line provides serious and professional cooks with all the virtues that make All-Clad's worldwide reputation unsurpassed. Key to its high performance is a three-ply, bonded construction. Sandwiched between the exterior and the interior lies a thick core of pure aluminum that spreads heat evenly across the bottoms of pots and pans and all the way up the sides. The striking exterior resists scratching, chipping, and peeling. Certain pieces, like this one, have two interior layers, one of 18/10 stainless steel and the other of scratch-resistant, professional-grade nonstick bonded to the steel. This enormous stovetop griddle makes clear the appeal of All-Clad's LTD cookware to contemporary cooks. It's 20 inches long and 13 inches wide, perfect for cooking a dozen big burgers or pancakes for a crowd. A channel runs around the perimeter to drain off fat and juices when grilling meats. Because the grill's cooking surface is durable nonstick, you can grill healthful meals without using butter or oil and you'll have an easier cleanup. Polished 18/10 stainless-steel handles are riveted to the griddle for strength, provide 2 inches of space to accommodate big hands, and stay cool on the stovetop. LTD cookware carries a lifetime warranty against defects and should be hand washed. --Fred Brack

All Clad Griddle May 23, 2010 K. Gohsman 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love my new All Clad Griddle. I've had a Martha Stewart and Caphalon griddle prior to this one and had to take back both of them as they weren't heavy enough and bowed after using a few times. It's kind of hard to make good pancakes on a warped griddle! This one is 3.5 pounds heavier than the Caphalon one I had so I doubt very much if I'll have any problems with it. It washes up so easy!
The Best Griddle on planet Earth March 4, 2010 Hunker Down (Mendocino, CA United States) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
As a chef I can tell you that this griddle is amazing. I've owned and used mine regularly now for about six years. Store it upside down on a shelf so other cookware can't scratch the surface or hang it if you're equipped to do that. Cooks evenly. Lay over two burners and make sure heat is the same from each. Use nonstick cookware only and it will last a very long time.
An offer to good to be true, and it is. January 18, 2010 Dave Larkin (Alexandria, VA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I am replacing my griddle after 6 months. I've never used spray on oils, no metal utensils, no harsh abrasives or chemicals, and never put it in a dishwasher. I have seasoned the surface and babied it as much as I could. It has just lost it non-stickiness. I've never had any non-stick perform as poor as this out of the box and then give up altogether so soon. So, it's going! Many people swear by this griddle and love it, mine sucked.
Well designed and produced June 29, 2008 Rickie D. Ealey (Oklahoma) Our days of standing in line for pancakes from a skillet are over. The product heats evenly, has a raised cooking surface so grease drains off into the channels leaving behind the burgers or bacon, etc.
The weight is just right and the All-Clad quality shies through.
A kitchen essential February 9, 2008 Crevi (Boston, MA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This griddle is essential to any kitchen. I've owned mine for probably 3 years now. It's my favorite pan. I never dread cooking with it. Pancakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, hotdogs, you name it, it all cooks perfectly! Clean up is a cinch.
