This is a nice griddle. I have had many in the past and have managed to warp them all. This one is sturdy enough that will last. I had to season it but it was well worth it for the durability of the piece.

I bought this primarily for making tortillas and it works perfectly. Have also used it for roti bread, thin frittatas, and a few other things that my small iron fry pan wasn't well suited for. This is the perfect size and shape for these things, and heats very nicely.

I purchased this item to use with our induction cooktopMax Burton 6015 Portable Induction Cooktop Stove and Interface Disk Combination Set. It does all we expected and more. The best fried eggs ever, toast, refried beans, on and on. It's ready to use out of the box and easy to keep clean. My wife and I love it.

I hated the way my tortillas came out when I heated them up in the microwave. This is the way they were meant to be fixed. Perfect texture and temperature.

The grill surface is a little gritty and not ideal for what I purchased it for. I wanted to use it for pancakes but they come out odd shaped and not round, there seems to be some indentations on the surface that creates an odd flower shaped pancake (I probably should have purchased a different product for the pancakes). At 10 inches it doesn't have much surface area either. It may fair better with burgers or steak and I think that with more use and time the surface may smooth out, that's why I rated it as OK.
