Product Description Have you ever eaten the top of the muffin and thrown the rest away? Muffin crowns are indeed the best part, so why not invent a pan that practically elimates the bottoms? Far less wasteful, no more guilt, lots of yummy muffin. Featured in Cook's Illustrated Resources September/October 2002 If you favor the crusty, browned top of the muffin over the delicate, crumbly bottom, a muffin-top pan might be for you. Almost flat, each of the pan's six muffin cups is jut 1/2 inch deep, yielding flying-saucer shaped muffins that are virtually all crispy brown top. Our favorite pan is made by Chicago Metallic..."

Great Addition to the Kitchen February 15, 2010 Army Wife & Mother (Fort Knox, KY USA) This muffin top pan is wonderful. I use it all the time to bake muffin tops and they come out wonderful. Also, very easy to clean up.
Makes a Great Gift! February 11, 2010 Natalie Cole (HOUSTON, TX, US) I make muffins for my son every morning before school. The Original Muffin Top Pan muffins were a nice surprise to his usual muffins. I bought 2 of the Muffin Top Pans and gave one as a gift for Christmas. The recipient used one of the recipes included with the pan to make Chocolate Chocolate muffin tops! Delicious!
I expected tops like the ones on Texas Muffins- I'm Bummin'! February 6, 2010 Cindy Duncan (Rural NY) I was so excited about the prospect of baking muffin "TOPS" thinking they would raise up like mushroom shaped yummy tops on Texas Muffins. As soon as I got my hands on that delivery box - I made muffins! They should call them "Muffin Disk Pans" because you end up with -"Muffin Disks" They don't get big and puffy, they stay flat. They don't show pics of the muffins these pans make - they leave that tempting image up to your imagination. I ordered 4 so that I would always have a way to make what I pictured in my mind - can you say "a whole lotta money for nothing special?" The pans themselves are nice, non stick, and all that. I am trying to think of what I could make in them that would be impressive - maybe individual Brownie Bday Disks????
great stuff February 3, 2010 P. byrne (high ridge) These pans are worth their cost. And they make the best brownie "muffies" in the world!
I love it! January 30, 2010 Eleanor Mecagni (Illinois) I used the muffin top pan to make flax seed, glutan free buns.
Perfect size for sandwiches. Keeps me away from white flour.
I looked on amazon 'cause you have almost everything.
Thanks for great service.
