Product Description Revere 3-1/2-Quart Copper Bottom Tea Kettle. One of the first names in tea kettles, Revere offers a range of high-quality polished stainless steel models with copper bottoms for fast heating. awesome kettle July 29, 2010 cush IT IS MY 1ST CHOICE, I HAD MY LAST ONE FOR 15 YEARS, THAT IS QUITE A GOOD RUN FOR A KETTLE. THANK YOU PAUL REVERE FOR AN AWESOME KETTLE. I'M YOUR CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
Buy This and You'll Get Burned - Literally July 22, 2010 DanDaMan (NYC, NY) Unsafe product. Cheap plastic handle gets very hot and can cause burns. Made in China (naturally). U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has been notified. Now you and Amazon know too.
tea kettle July 21, 2010 D. Rogers (California) This is second kettle purchased. The first one lost it's whistle after a month.
Hope it lasts longer. They replaced the one we'd had for 30 years.
piece of junk July 21, 2010 Arlecchino My previous Revere Ware kettle lasted more than 15 years. With this one, made in China, parts of the cap assembly fell into the kettle after 4 months. When I crimped them back together, it no longer whistled.
Revere 3 1/2 qt tea kettle July 1, 2010 David R. Kuhn We really like this tea kettle! It has a wide bottom so the gas flame does not spill over the edges. The only disadvantage is that the handle can get hot when left on the burner too long.
