My husband LOVES this thing! I got this for him for fathers day and he uses it ALL THE TIME! He only allows about 15 minutes for his breakfast in the mornings, before he leaves for work, so I didn't know if he would use it or not, but he just has all the ingrediants prepared the night before, throws it on in the morning, takes less than 5 minutes and they are PERFECT EVERY TIME! Was his favorite gift!

This is about my 5th omelet pan, and the best yet, I'm glad I got it, so I say get it. Cooks 1 huge, or 2 normal portions. Cooks fast and hot, so be careful, but is a keeper. I'd give it 5 stars but for the learning curve in timing.

Recently purchased this product from Amazon. I was influenced by the good reviews. It does make nice, fluffy omelets, but no matter how hard I tried I couldn't cook them properly. I followed the instructions to a "T" but the omelets still looked more like quiche. I carefully cut down the cooking times to the point where the eggs were too undercooked and splattered when I flipped the pan. It seems that for this particular unit, the thermostat might have been set too high at the factory and therefore the eggs get very '"browned" and it was frustrating to have little control over it. It's also quite possible that the thermostat is just defective. Nevertheless, I sent the Selective Brands Over Easy Omelet Express back to Amazon. Unless I'm notified by the manufacturer that this particular omelet maker was defective, I've decided to not re-order this product.

My wife & I were looking for a nice skillet that was sizable to accomodate making omelets. We weren't finding much, till we stumbled upon this item. My wife liked the picture of it, and said it was just what she was looking for. I'd never made omelets, but this thing is fantastic. The size that come out are great. You can saute your vegies & fillings on the one side, flip it over, and pour in your egg mixture. It's so easy. And clean up is a breeze. We love it!

This gadget makes fluffy delicious omelets in six minutes. To make a basic egg white omelet with cheese, preheat the device, put in half of one container of two egg whites with 1/8 cup of cheese on top, then the other half of the container of egg whites. Then close the omelet maker for 5 minutes. Finish getting ready for work. Flip the omelet maker, top with another 1/8 cup of cheese and you have a delicious 130 calorie high protein masterpiece... no restaurant needed, all in the time it took you to gather your items to get out the door!
