The stir-fry pan includes a lid to both expedite the cooking process and contain the flavors and aromas of Chinese cuisine. Constructed in hard-anodized aluminum, the pan distributes heat evenly while deflecting dents, corrosion, and other signs of wear and tear. DuPont's Autograph 2 nonstick treatment coats the pan's interior for enhanced cooking and cleaning ease. To toss frying veggies or move the dish away from the heat source, a 10-inch 18/10 stainless-steel handle is securely riveted to the pan's side. Silicone rubber coats the handle for ergonomic comfort. The clear, tempered glass lid allows the chef to monitor progress without releasing hot air or grease splatters. To remove the shatter-proof lid, a loop-style handle affixes on top of the lid's dome. enables the chef to monitor cooking progress without releasing any hot air. I was a bit skeptical at what I could make in this since it was a "wok"... but my gf showed me that I could use it for many different types of food. I've cooked taco beef, pasta, fried rice, burgers, stir fry, eggs, omlets, etc. You can cook pretty much anything unless you absolutely need a flat surface. Everything cooks really fast such as boiling water. Quality is great and the lid helps cook everything fast by creating some pressure within the wok. If you want one pan that can almost do it all, this is the one to get.

This is one of the best pans I purchased. I am a chinese and cook a lot of stir fry chinese food. Most american pans are not good for this purpose. But this pan is great. This is not a perfect pan like those of 200 dollars. some of my friends bought a pan of 500 dollars. I think that is too much for a pan.
For regular daily use, I think this pan is good enough, at least better than most american pans I purchased before.
I have to say, after using the pan for 6 months, I did saw some small light scratches on the pan, but nothing serious. Overall, a great pan for stir fry chinese food.
